I placed my order on June 28th, 2008 and recieved my order on August 3rd, 2008. I revieved a bill of sale July 28th, 2008 and a certificate of origion on July 28th, 2008, before the scooter arrived. The scooter came with complete instructions for assembly, tools, oil, and a self assemble battery in a metal frame wrapped with foam and plastic. The scooter arrived at around noon on the 3rd, and took about 5 hours to assemble. After assembly it was driven a couple of test runs around the block and did wonderful.
